1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect

When you submit the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the subject of your enquiry and the text of your message.

When you apply for a job: your name, email address, phone number, city, the position you are applying for, the CV you attach and any additional comment you provide.

Automatically, when you visit the site: your IP address, browser and device type and version, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies — see our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we process your data, and on what basis

  • To answer your enquiry — to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients and partners.
  • To consider your job application — on the basis of your consent and to take steps prior to entering into an employment contract.
  • To protect our forms from automated submissions — via Google reCAPTCHA, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
  • To analyse traffic and improve the site — via Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the site and communicate with you:

  • Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for traffic analysis, Google reCAPTCHA for form protection and Google Fonts for the site's typefaces.
  • Our hosting and email delivery providers — to host the site and deliver form submissions to us.
  • Competent public authorities — only where we are required to by law.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is made on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision or of standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

  • Contact form enquiries — up to 12 months after our correspondence ends.
  • Job applications — up to 6 months after the selection process for that role closes, unless you have agreed to a longer period.
  • Data collected through cookies — for the lifetime of the relevant cookie, as set out in the Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right of access; to rectification of inaccurate data; to erasure; to restriction of processing; to object to processing based on legitimate interests; to data portability; and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
